Aon/cut-e-style: explanation and free practice
Aon (formerly cut-e) uses short blocks under high time pressure: numerical work with tables, a logical grid and the Switch challenge in which you decode codes.

Use the tables to answer the questions. Work quickly: there is little time per question.
Tip: First check the unit in the column header (thousands, millions, %). Estimate before you calculate: half of the options often drop out straight away.
Each grid follows fixed rules for shape, colour and number. Which figure belongs in the empty cell?
Tip: Look at one feature at a time. Which shape is missing in the row? Which colour is missing in the column? Combine them and only then choose an option.
The top row goes through a switch and comes out as the bottom row. Which code did the switch use?
Tip: Work position by position: find the first symbol of the bottom row in the top row and note its number. After two digits three codes usually drop out.
