Harver-style: explanation and free practice

This is how the Harver test went at FrieslandCampina according to a candidate (September 2026): first 146 personality questions without a time limit, then 10 work situations with a suggested time of about 7 minutes (for each situation you choose the best and the worst response, the other two are neutral; taking longer is allowed) and finally figures: 30 questions in 7 minutes, as many as you can. Each time one of the five figures is different, for example mirrored, with arrows that do not cross or a triangle sticking out of the square. Practise the personality questions under Personality.

For each situation, mark the best and the worst response. The other two stay neutral.

Tip: Read the whole situation: details such as “you have no formal authority” or “quality must approve” decide which answer is best. The worst response often sounds reasonable, but is dishonest, unsafe or hides the problem.

Tip: Pick one fixed landmark, such as an arrowhead or the dot, and check in each box where it sits relative to the rest. Stuck for more than 15 seconds: choose and move on, pace matters.
